Hello guys! I’m back with another blog, today I’m going to do a book review “All your perfects” by Collen Hoover.

I finished reading it yesterday for 3 hours straight. It was a sad and painful book.

I cried like 4-5 times, it was such a painful book.

Get myself together


So I’m starting this blog about myself, I want to share my worries, my problems, my mental health, and my goals with you. I want your suggestions too.

I’ve been so anxious and tired these past weeks, it has been so hsrd for me. Most of you don’t know, but I’m still in school, I have exams, assignments that I need to finish.

Now it’s the end of the semester, and I have to work hard, I need good grades and more intellegence, I go to bed at 11-12am and wale at 6-7am, my schedule is so busy. I have graphic design school, I’m in art group, poetry group and I need to do different projects, drawings and paintings home.

My emotional and physical self has been going down, I have my days when I don’t feel like doing anything, just staying in, crying or over-thinking.

I barley get free time for myself, but at the end of March I’ll get myself back together, because I will have 2 weeks break from school.

I will work on myself, not only myself but my life too. I’m going to start working out, walking 1 hour in the evening, doing skin care, eating healthy.

I’m going to have a big glow up.

I’m going to start cleaning my home more often, buying new things for home, not things that I don’t need, I’m going to be more positive.


I also want to archive my goals:

1.Have all my grades A+

2.I want to be an influencer.

3.I want to archive more followers in instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

4.I want to stay away from phone.

5.I want to be productive.

6.I want to motivate others.

7.I want to give others my positivity.

8.I want to be more social, and not awkward .

9.Read more books.

These are my goals.

Smoothie Recepie

Hi guys! Today I wanted to make something different from the other posts and blogs.

It’s so yummy!

Let’s begin:

1.Chop some oranges, apples and bananas (+add strawberries is you have).

2.Add cereal (if you want).

3.Add a small spoon of vanilla. (Just for the smell).

4.Add nuts, almonds, hazelnuts.

5.Add dark chocolate.

6.Add almond or regular milk.

7.And then blend it in your blender.

Almond with chocolate smoothie.

So the smoothie is ready, hope this will help you 🙂

Book Review (It ends with us)

Today I finished a sad book, and it became one of my favourite, today I’m going to give spoilers, my feelings while reading, but Not the plot, because maybe some of you want to read it too.

I started reading this book last week, and I fell in love with it.

“It ends with us” by Collen Hoover.

Sometimes it is the one who loves you who hurts you the most. Love can hurt you too, it can be painful, toxic but sometimes can be something very beautiful.

Lily hasn’t always had it easy, but that’s never stopped her from working hard for the life she wants. She’s come a long way from the small town in Maine where she grew up
— she graduated from college, moved to Boston, and started her own business. So when she feels a spark with a gorgeous neurosurgeon named Ryle Kincaid, everything in Lily’s life suddenly seems almost too good to be true.

Ryle is assertive, stubborn, maybe even a little arrogant. He’s also sensitive, brilliant, and has a total soft spot for Lily. And the way he looks in scrubs certainly doesn’t hurt. Lily can’t get him out of her head. But Ryle’s complete aversion to relationships is disturbing. Even as Lily finds herself becoming the exception to his “no dating” rule, she can’t help but wonder what made him that way in the first place.

As questions about her new relationship overwhelm her, so do thoughts of Atlas Corrigan — her first love and a link to the past she left behind. He was her kindred spirit, her protector. When Atlas suddenly reappears, everything Lily has built with Ryle is threatened.

But the plot hasn’t come yet, the only way to find out is to read the book yourfelf.

Hi everyone! Today I wanna start with a poem I wrote myself.

I wanted to share it with you, because it’s so important to me to share things, not to keep them to myself.

I am a book worm, I have read hundred books, when I read I find myself feeling things I’ve never felt, so one day I decided that I should start writing, and that day came.


“Reaching out the rose”

“While she wanted to reach the rose,
she walked through the thorns.
Her heart poured blood,
while her mind was tough.
She thought on herself why can’t she touch it.
She didn’t even realise that she was drowning.”


This one is one of my favourite, it tells about a girl that she wanted to fight for herself, for her future, to become somebody. In the end she didn’t realise that she has to fight darkness and survive for her dreams.

Skopje Visit

So starting today, I was at Skopje, Macedonia. It was a beautiful day.

Waking up early as always, I started getting ready for myself, I wore a mini black dress, with a long white scarf and a black jacket, because today was cold.

My dad’s car started to drive, we had like 3 hours drive to Skopje, so I decided to take a nap because I woke early.

2 hours later we were near, when we arrived at Skopje, we went to the zoo, It was my first time actually, I’ve never been to a zoo before.

In the entrance we paid and when we went inside the first thing I saw were the rabbits and peacocks, I fell in love with them, I saw a peacock for a first time, and my heart warmed, the beautiful colours were touching me, it was a feeling that I couldn’t describe.

After seeing Peacocks and rabbits, we eent further to the zoo, next thing we saw were lions, wolfs, elephants, leopards and different creatures.

Then I bought a drink, to cool myself.

After zoo we went to the downtown, it was so beautiful, I was the architecture it was si ancient, the museum and even the statues of some laides, the went in one of the restaurants that were near and ate some cheese pizza.

It was 6pm when we came back.

7 wonders of the ancient world

Hello! Today I’m going to talk about 7 ancient wonders, 1 out of 7 is still with us. Here are some informations about them, follow my journey!


1.Pyramid of Giza

The Pyramid of Cheops is the largest of the three major pyramids at Giza and the tallest pyramid in the world. It was built by Pharaoh Cheops during the years 3100 p.e.s – 2700 p.e.s.

It has a height of 146m and the length of each base rib is 227m. It consists of 2,500,000 blocks with a mass of 2 – 5 tons each. Thus the mass of the pyramid approaches 6,000,000 tons. The blocks form 203 steps with an average height of 1 meter. Thales of Miletus was a scientist. He, using the similarity of right triangles and equilateral triangles, managed to equalize the height of the pyramid of Cheops.

2. Temple of Artemis

The Temple of Artemis, also known as the Temple of Diana, was a temple dedicated to an ancient and local form of the goddess Artemis (associated with Diana, a Roman goddess). It was located in the Aegean coastal city of Ephesus (near the modern-day Selcuk city in present-day Turkey).

The temple was completely rebuilt twice, once after a devastating flood and three hundred years later after an act of arson, and in its final form was one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. By 401 AD it had been destroyed. Only the foundations and fragments of the last temple have remained in place.

3. The hanging gardens of Babylon

Located in the ancient city of Babylon (called the Gate of God), near Baghdad today (Iraq), the Hanging Gardens of Babylon were built around 590 BC by King Nebuchadnezzar II (although tradition attributes their construction to Queen Semiramis , asire).

Legend has it that the queen – depicted in Degas’s famous painting, “Semiramide in the Building of Babylon”, which is depicted in lyrical operas – found fresh roses in the gardens every day, even in the arid climate that characterized the city.

4.Lighthouse at Alexandria

Egypt, year 280 before e.s. Ever since Alexander the Great of Lyria’s Egypt’s Persian domination, ties between the Greeks and the Egyptians have grown so strong that their king, Ptolemy II, has been with the Greek Greeks.

This collaboration of Greeks and Egyptians was most evident in the capital, Alexandria. Founded by Alexander the Great in 332 BC, this creation became the most important hearth of Hellenic culture. But this time the miracle will not be a temple, like any other kind of monument or building, but a tower. This tower would serve to guide the ship that failed to find Alexandria.

5.Colossus of Rhodes

Rhodes’s geographical location was privileged to trade with Greece. Asia and Egypt have thus become the largest commercial center of the Oriental Mediterranean. King Demetrius of Poliarcetta, known for his military experience especially in the suburbs, so much so that in the future the military would refer to his techniques by naming him “Poliarcetica”, decided to attack Rodin. The city resisted and Demetrius was forced to retreat.

To celebrate this triumph, the city decided to build a monument in memory of Helios, the sun god, in the harbor. The works were led by Cares Lindos. At first the statue with iron and above with bronze plates. Finally, when the statue was completed, it was no less than 32 m. Her fame brought travelers from all over the ancient world to see. With the Colossus of Rhodes at that time were the 5 wonders of the world that were on the face of the earth, the number that came growing. 56 years after its construction in 223 BC, an earthquake devastated Colossae

6. Statue of Zeus at Olympia

The Statue of Zeus at Olympia was a giant seated figure, about 12.4 m (41 ft) tall, made by the Greek sculptor Phidas around 435 BC at the sanctuary of Olymia,Greece , and erected in the Temple of Zeus there. Zeus is the sky and thunder god in ancient Greek religion, who rules as king of gods of Mount Olympus.

7.Mausoleum at Halicarnassus

The Mausoleum at Halicarnassus was a large and ornate mausoleum built both to honor and hold the remains of Mausolus of Caria. When Mausolus died in 353 BCE, his wife Artemisia ordered the construction of this vast structure in their capital city, Halicarnassus (now called Bodrum) in modern Turkey.  Ultimately, both Mausolus and Artemisia were buried inside

Clean Skin


Nowadays everyone wants a clean oily skin, but to archive that we need to take care of it. Here are some tips:

Wash twice daily

The American Academy of Dermatology recommend that people wash twice daily and then again after sweating. Leaving sweat on the skin and allowing it to dry can make acne worse, so it is best to wash the skin as soon as possible after sweating.

Avoid popping pimples

A pimple indicates trapped oil, sebum, and bacteria. It is also a sign that the body’s natural healing mechanism is working.

Popping the pimple disrupts this healing process. Additionally, the released liquids expose the surrounding skin to similar bacteria, increasing the risk of additional pimples forming.

Stay hydrated

All cells in the body need water. The skin cells are closest to the environment and, therefore, may be more at risk of losing their moisture to the elements. Drinking water throughout the day may help keep the skin cells healthy.

Use suncream

Using suncream prevents from burning and ageing, and they decrease the risk of cancer.

Healthy Lifestyle

 Let’s start this by saying Hi! I’m Nila and today I want to show some tips for a healthier lifestyle.

You may think the fast food we eat daily, or 6+ time screen from our phone is healthy… but No. Hear me out there are better things to do, and better ways to spend your free time. You’re probably thinking after reading this to watch your favourite show on Netflix, order pizza and stay till 4am, I know we all have these moments where we are at the lowest and we need some time for ourselves we’re all humans, but after this day ends, what are you going to do? Another show? No, this is not the right thing. So here are some tips and some hobbies, to start a healthier lifestyle:

1. Everything starts by loving yourself.

2. Wake up early, be an early bird, rise and shine like the sun.

3. Go to sleep early like 10-11pm, our skin needs sleep to be healthy, sleep 8-9hours.

4. Mediate, take deep breaths and play calm music, put the stress away.

5. Work out, you don’t have to be only mentally strong, you have to be physically strong to, be productive.

6. Stay away from medias, phone or social things.

7. Make your dreams true, start by doing little by little everyday.

Work today, to live tomorrow.
